Resolved Question: Travel complications can i have your suggestion, california residents?

Ok i will not be driving in california, so i need to know what is the best way to get around and where i should stay, here it goes. i wil land in Orange county SNA airport, then from their im going to granada hills, then to norco, after this is when it gets complicated. after norco i want to go to catalina island. is it better to book a hotel in long beach or orange county so im near my airport since i dont drive? how far is SNA to catalina's port in long beach. i want to take bus or train which ever is better and quick....
