Resolved Question: We're thinking of moving to Norco, California.?

Would this be a good place to raise a family? We've actually already looked at a house there and there was no smell when we looked even with horses at the behind house. I don't mind dirt sidewalks either. I'm from Ramona Ca. so I love country towns.
